You may think through what are the things that are Must-Say and things that can be left out if you are running short of time, this will ensure that you will not "overrun" and get panic.Also, please plan your lines/script.You may prepare a "name card size" script for reference during the tour.You just need to put the Main Points in complete sentences in a way that you are comfortable with,not forgetting to be polite at the same time.

Reporting Venue: CareForce Counter ( Porch)
Attire:
On the general----A clean set of neatly ironed Uniform along with school Tie. Wear School shoes.No ankle Socks.
Girls----Tie "Scorpion"(Seniors can help you tie hair in school),pin up your fringe,skirt must reach your knee.
Boys----Hair to be short and neat.
