hello ! i have a few tips for the upcoming EOYs that everyone seemed to be so stressed up by:
1)get at least 6-7 hours of sleep
2)dont skip meals and drink plenty of water
3)only revise with others if you can not get distracted or start chatting
4)i know this one is hard but avoid using computer unless necessary
5) avoid listening music with lyrics while study be cause it will be harder for you to think (instumental ones will be good though, they will calm you down)
