Tips for Chionging Homework

HI everybody!

How's your holidays? Had fun? Or stressing over that pile of homework on your desk?
Anyway, June Holiday is soon coming to an end, which also marks the beginning of another term.

Here are some personal tips to help you if you need to chiong homework.

  • Sort up your Homework, make sure you so not leave out any homework.
  • Coffee/Tea/Red Bull/Essence of Chicken can help to keep you awake for burning midnight oil.(dun drink too much hoh, will harm body de.)
  • Listen to the radio or some music.(will work for some people)
  • If you have eyebags due to stay up late in the night, you can try put 2 metal spoons in the fridge untill they turn cold and put them under your eyes. This will help to 提神 too!~
  • Burn some essential oil in the diffuser, try these: Lemon, Peppermint, Rosemary, Lavender, Sandal wood, Jasmine.
  • Drink plenty of water/cooling tea, coz 晚睡的话,身体会燥热.
  • Mueslli bars can be your healthier choice supper/snack if you feel hungry in the night.(I eat that for breakfast and sometime as snacks)
  • Sleep early on Sunday, Monday will be a very tiring day.
